SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Aurarious.com ships in Europe with post NL and outside Europe via local courier, and in USA via FedEx or local courier.
Orders over 75.00 Euro – Free shipping. Under 75 Euro –Ground shipping 9.90 Euro (1 – 7 business days)
BUSINESS DAYS:
Monday – Friday, excluding legal holidays within the European continent/ USA. Orders should be made before 14:00 (+1 GMT) in order to be processed on the same business day. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Post Nl or local courier in Europe and FedEx in the USA and we kindly ask that you add 1-7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout.”.
Our express shipping carrier is FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via local courier.
PO Box – Delivery time is 3-8 business days
APO/FPO – Delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

RETURN A PRODUCT
Please call +31-2526-73665 or contact us through our web site as a customer service representative will assist you prior to sending the product back to have a case number or a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) assigned to the return. We will refund your credit card and only charge for shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Shipping Costs to return items to Aurarius are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Store Purchases – Physical locations are independently owned & operated as a separate entity from the web site/web department. Most of the locations are all final sale. Please refer to the original purchase receipt for contact details & exact store policies.
